If you’ve noticed duplicate charges for the same app or subscription, here are some possible reasons:
1. Subscribed to two different plans (Upgrade/downgrade)
Our app may offer multiple auto-renewing subscription options—like weekly, monthly, or yearly.
If you upgrade to a higher plan without canceling your current one, you might be charged for both plans.
To avoid this: open the Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and cancel the plan you don’t want.
2. Signed in with multiple Google accounts
When you have more than one Google account, while subscriptions are tied to the account used to make the purchase.
You may have subscribed to one account and then signed into another, leading to separate charges.
Tip: Check all your Google accounts for active subscriptions by switching between them in the Play Store.
