Why is my AC not responding to the app?

Try the following steps: Ensure your hub/bridge is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. Check that the hub is properly added to your Apple Home app. Make sure the AC is within IR range of the hub. Restart the hub and relaunch the app. Re-pair the AC device in HomeKit settings if needed.
